When we first bought our house, we hadn't thought much about the master bath except that there was some nasty carpet and found it weird that there was a door that separated the shower/tub and toilet from the rest of it. There was no door to either the sink area or the closet.

When we moved in we had the flooring ripped up and replaced the carpet in all the rooms, but decided to use wood laminate in the bathroom and master closet to match the flooring in the other parts of the house.

We noticed that we were having some issues with mold and the drywall looked awful. We decided it was time to finally gut the bathroom. We hired a local neighbor who owns his own company
ILO Home Remodeling Inc. He gave a great deal and we decided to start right away.
