So it's the day after viewing the homes. We decided on the cute little modern contemporary located in the neighborhood that most the residents dub "The Forest". During the tour we noticed that the previous homeowner had started renovating but looked like he was overwhelmed and a lot of things were incomplete. But that didn't discourage us from wanting it, after all, we love HGTV and DIY! Plus it was in our price range in great neighborhood located in Northern Virginia.
